Spotlight: Useful juvenile hurdler last season; well-backed favourite on Flat handicap debut at Galway festival, finishing third of 19; built on that when winning well over 1m5f at Leopardstown; runner-up (favourite) in the Lartigue Hurdle at Listowel (2m, good) latest; shortlisted.

Spotlight: Winning pointer; Clonmel maiden winner; backed that up with second in Fairyhouse handicap at Easter; beaten favourite for Punchestown festival handicap; returned with close fourth of 18 against her own sex at Listowel last month; good overall credentials and Darragh O'Keeffe rides.

Spotlight: Leopardstown maiden hurdle win (20.5f, good to yielding) last Christmas on second start and better form when runner-up in 2m novices at Naas and Punchestown; poor in Fairyhouse Grade 2 end of last season but could go well fresh on handicap debut.

Spotlight: Formerly with Willie Mullins; maintained his good run of form for Gordon Elliott when third in the Lartigue at Listowel, losing second to Ben Hur late on; struggled in Gowran Grade 3 four weeks ago but definite player back in a handicap and is the choice of Jack Kennedy.

Spotlight: Hasn't been seen since bolting up in this corresponding race 12 months ago; now 10lb higher and Darragh O'Keeffe prefers stablemate Radiator Springs; market will reveal expectations on his return.

Spotlight: Was 2-4 in early 3yo hurdles last season; fair Flat comeback at Galway in July; respectable display over hurdles at Kilbeggan before creditable sixth in the Lartigue at Listowel; each-way possibilities.

Spotlight: Fifth runner for Gordon Elliott; returned from an absence during the summer and off the mark on third run since in Downpatrick maiden hurdle (2m2f, good); close third in five-runner handicap at the same course latest; this is a much tougher examination.

Spotlight: Won on the Flat at Sligo earlier in the year and lots of decent runs in defeat since, including runner-up finishes in 20-runner Galway festival handicap and competitive contest at Cork; went close on the Flat last month; could go well.

Spotlight: Second runner for yard; three-time hurdle winner who ran very well in competitive summer handicaps before pulled up at Bellewstown; regained confidence with runner-up finish on the Flat at Thurles latest.

Spotlight: Landed a hat-trick of handicap hurdle wins for Mark Fahey in 2023; decent third for Cian Collins in competitive 2m6f handicap hurdle at Ballinrobe in May; went with plenty of zest when beaten only 2l over 3m on stable debut at Roscommon last month but this is a huge drop in trip.

Spotlight: Progressive 6yo gained a third Kilbeggan win in May and has since added two wins at Downpatrick; below his best when behind Wholelotofbusiness at Listowel latest; bounce back required.

Spotlight: Third runner for Gordon Elliott; 1-13 over hurdles; has struggled to find form in all codes this year, including on chase debut at Galway in July when last seen; well beaten in this contest last year.

Spotlight: Point and two-time hurdle winner; very good effort in strong Bellewstown heat in July; has largely struggled chasing this year; more needed reverting to timber.

Spotlight: Downpatrick maiden hurdle winner (17.5f, yielding) for Gavin Cromwell; out of depth in Fairyhouse Grade 3 on final run for that yard; modest effort on stable debut after a break at Galway; strip fitter now but others preferred.

Spotlight: Fourth runner for Gordon Elliott; Flat winner took some time to get off the mark hurdling, landing 2m Kilbeggan maiden (good to yielding) last month; well held in the Lartigue at Listowel though and jumping issues evident at Sligo eight days ago.
